I have found a wonderful CD to use for meditation....it really helps me relax.
It is called 'Reiki Gold' by Llewellyn......I recommend it wholeheartedly!!!

I have one that I particularly like also, it's called The Eternal Om by Valley of the Sun. That's all it is, just one long Om - I love it.
