I was typing up a help desk ticket and was thanking CH for the package I just got, and I decided to "go public" with my CH experience so far. i am new to CH and magick, and I was BLOWN AWAY by the elegance, great design, fun, high-spirits and generosity shown in their packaging.

I am not far enough in to comment on efficacy yet, but I can say, despite communication lags from the understaffing, Magnolia and Princess both have been super sweet with me, and very understanding and flexible. And when I had a freak out from the communicaiton lag, Magnolia jumped right in. I feel pretty "taken care of" even though I am new and not a major client yet.

Looking so forward to having magick experiences to share!

But, for now, oh my goodness: those packages! Each one truly does feel like a holiday has arrived in a little bag.

Hmmm.....looks like I was also the last person who posted here!

Well, since then, I have felt a bit less "taken care of" just because of continuing serious HD problems and orders taking 4 months to fulfill. Actually, 4.5 and still waiting...

But, Magnolia has taken my situation into special account, and she did an emergency bridging for me, when the situation for which my order was intended got way out of control, and I was so sad from having had to wait so long to get things. It was a noble gesture in a bad situation and I appreciate it. I wish I had the orders here. I do think the emergency bridging helped me to at least calm down somewhat. there was a centering spell that got emergency bridged, I think.

Also, I am feeling really grateful for how CH structured this last 60% off sale free gifts. By making a lot of small gift purchases, with the 3 c5 free gifts with every order, I have been able to "cover" a lot of weak and hurting areas in my life to a degree I just couldn't have had I been buying things separately. It really really helped. at least on paper! still waiting for results.... That was a really generous bunch of free gifts and I can't wait to see what happens.
