Letters To Spirit

Just wondering if any of you have ever tried writing letters to your spirits? I got the idea from an Angel book by Terry Lynn Taylor, I think the book "Messengers Of Light". In one chapter, she talks about writing a letter to your Angels. I adopted it to write a letter to my spirit. Ive done it once or twice but I plan on making it more of a regular thing that I will do to connect.

Just write to your spirit about anything that is on your mind, or something you want to ask them or tell them ... and put the letter somewhere special. Maybe near their vessel and/or on their altar or in their charging box or offering dish. Try it!

wouldn't it be trippy if you found some handwriting that wasn't yours on it the next day??

oooh! Neat idea! I'll leave a pen with my letter and make sure there's space on the paper for a reply. Hey you never know. :thumbup: :wizard:

That is very interesting and I good way to show your care. I'm going to try this. Did you notice any reaction to your letters?

Great way to communicate your appreciation of them. I love letters, so old-school!

ah i did this once, i think its a great way of communicating!! i remember though trying to rush writting them because i was so excited- i think i will try it again!

Writing letters is almost a lost art. It seems most people don't want to take the time to write with pen and paper. E-mail, telephones, chat and text messages are the "in" thing now-a-days. Personally, I LOVE to write. Even though I have a personal blog, I also keep a handwritten journal. I also take the time to sit down and write a REAL letter to friends from time to time. So... why have I not even considered writing to my spirit family? The act of taking pen in hand and writing your thoughts on paper is a highly creative process that stimulates the brain/mind, and is a great tool to move your thought processes closer to a meditative state. Tonight, I am going to do this. Thank you for that wonderful idea!

I did it most of the time, since i can't hear them and communicate with them

i write a small note of words thank you, gratitude, worries, wishes for every spirits i have and put their vessel inside each note for each spirits i wrote and leave it in charging bag

it feels so good, and i always felt one step closer with them every time i did that

Fabulous! I did this for a recent custom conjure and its such a sweet idea. If you don't want others finding your notes you can do a blog and just make it private

It's been alot of fun- especially when you feel someone looking over your shoulder reading as you type LOL! :silly:
