They base your progress on skill not in class time; I've checked out their site fairly thoroughly, and if you buy grimore for the apprentice wizard by the guy who founded the school it's designed to be a book that will teach you every thing with out need of a school. I own the companion for the apprentice wizard which goes along with the first book. They are also working on developing tool and courses for the next level beyond apprentice and journey man.

Thank you for that, Jezebelle! I will do if I do end up enrolling.

TINKZ - Would be great if we both enrolled, we could discuss and share!

To level up to the next year you have to earn credits. To level up u need 24 credits :) So all depends on how much effort you put in it :)

Really are they working on that? Great!!! Wanne join then too :p

Well they say you MUST have the book. I orderd it but I have started my lessons without it. It isn't that important I guess in the first year.
I thought the lessons would be childish because the whole thing is based on harry potter. But its not! Even in the first lessons I think 'children' would have a hard time completing these tests. And once ur leveling up it would be impossible! So it isn't for children aftherall. Just make sure you have neutral opinions, because thats what the teachers like ... at least mine :p

I made my decission to make black arts my major and my minor I will be picking divination :)

I'm really thinking about signing up at the end of September (when I get more money ha ha ) Can I join your club too? :)

I am currently taking courses through Witch School, but want to take courses through Grey School as well, being that it seems more structured.

I have crone to thank for mentioning these two schools in a previous thread.

Blessings to you all :)

This is the social sight for witch school
http://www.witchschool.com/

and this is the page for signing up for classes
http://www.classes.witchschool.com/login.asp

They have classes for registered (free) members, and classes for supporting members (a monthly or yearly due). BUT right now they have a special going on for lifetime membership.

I am currently taking 8 (the maximum allowed) courses right now. They are all do at your own pace, at least the classes I am taking are.

Hope this helps.
