I too agree that you really do need to know about all three, WA, DA, and BA!!!!

It doesn't mean you need to practice the BA, but you should be very aware of what could be coming at you and what you need to do to protect yourself and others!!!

Remember what Magnolia has stated....knowledge is power and it is in the sense of knowing what you have coming at you or at someone else, and knowing what is to be done!!!!

This is important, because if you are a healer, you will at some point in time have that kind of situation come up, so you really do have to know what you are doing if you are going to be of help to the person who is asking for help!!!

Some people don't even realize what they have gotten themselves into and that is because they didn't take the time to learn first or learn from someone who is an expert and knows what they are doing!!!!

This is not something that is a play thing, or something you can just jump into, and that also goes with learning the WA, DA, as well as the BA!!!!

Just a few of my own thoughts and Selqetkitty, you said all that very well for you have seen what it is like and had to clean up the mess!!!! Good post lady :thumbup:

I think even people who categorically refuse to touch BA with a 30-foot pole should at least learn how to protect themselves and others from BA. That's something that really needs to be learned even before learning conjuring. Said the person who does not conjure, I realize. But I don't have to DO some things to be able to see where the risks lie. Just like I know that the people who play certain sports need to wear protective gear, even while not playing said sports myself, I can see why any person interested in conjuring needs to be able to escort out an unwanted and undesirable responder to their call.

There are many dark paths in this world....we know they exist and we don't have to engage in darker paths/actions to understand their being. Protection is pretty much a given, or you'd think for most. We protect ourselves from the world around us by making the best decisions we can. Whether that's to not walk down certain streets alone...or simply not taking candy from strangers. Point is, we first become aware the world isn't the friendliest place...it starts at youth. And we learn to protect ourselves. If we survive with sanity, body, and spirit intact...we are protecting well. We cannot stop people from going down darker paths...but we can be aware and learn to protect ourselves from the possibility of it affecting our own lives. This I think everyone does to some degree whether they play the sport or not. When you work different paths in magick....you learn a lot more and are able to protect better....

There is another realm that requires an entirely different form of recognition and that is the the binary of Wrathful & Peaceful Enlightened Entitiies both of whom are on one same side that is neither "white" nor "dark", One of the highest entities being VajraBhairava Yamantaka (Lord of the Lord of Death). From my status the white and dark views are too limited compared to Wrathful and/or Peaceful tantric entities.
