It will depend on the gargoyle!! My first was very quick to 'click' and he'd purr to me at night, the female I haven't heard yet....and somewhere on here 6dogs has a post that the only time she's heard her gargoyle click is when she was burning toast!
So the best advice I can give is to relax and be patient!

how different are gargoyles from dragon spirits?
I am drawn to gargoyles infact i have 2 gorgeous little statues on my backdoor step, but theres something holding me back as i think i may be abit scared owning one (think it was to do with reading somewhere someone had seen a silohette in their doorway which freaked me out abit :mrgreen: )
ie: I feel completely safe knowing my dragons are around me, they are quiet souls - but i think its abit "walking into the unknown " where gargoyles are concerned and the thoughts of clicking and noises in the middle of the night makes me abit wary of them. Are all Magnolias spirits the same - white and have your best intentions at heart, therefore wouldnt make noises if they knew youd be scared so would connect with you in a quieter way that you could handle?
