MEditation and Automatic writing for communicating?

I have had the SRA Unicorns for several months. I am going to try tonight and see if we are connected now :thumbup:
Someone on here, posted a site for Pendulum Charts. I looked at it, and got the idea to make one with all my spirits on it.
It really helps me...and the automatic writing. I like doing both actually..
Let us know how it goes, i have a feeling you will do great on the pendulum

This is just a side note on automatic writing. Ruth Montgomery wrote an entire series of books thru automatic
writing. She used a typewriter. She channeled her spirit guides. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ruth_Montgomery

I read all of her books when I was in my late teens. She is
still being published today. She talks about life after death, the world before (lemuria and atlantis) and more.
Stroll into your local bookstore and go to the new age section. There you will find a plethora of books

Here are some tips
1. Find a quiet spot without distractions.
2. Sit at a table or desk where you'll be comfortable, with paper and pen (or pencil).
3. Take a few moments to clear your mind.

5. Try not to consciously write anything.
6. While keeping your mind as clear as possible, let your hand write whatever comes across.

11. Keep trying. Nothing might happen your first few attempts.
12. If you start to achieve success, you can try asking questions to see if you can receive responses.

Tips:

1. There is no guarantee that automatic writing will work for you, but don't give up if it doesn't work the first few times. Give it a chance.

might consider doing this after building good protection measures.

this is a very good start of a thread on connecting so i bump it. I wonder how is your Black Dragon experiences going alone these days?

I have a C5 Black Dragon. He has a strong presence. If he not careful with me, i can easily overwhelmed by his energy. I had to actually put his vessel into my car for a week once, because he was way strong for me to handle his energy in my bedroom. Also, he needs regular occupation or tasking. He became my bodyguard and his presence is requested at work. Sometimes he forgets to regulate himself and becomes strong and intense but i just start singing or humming for 5 minutes, especially if he triggers me to have a headache at work during doing my job. He settles within that hour. I want him around because he can marvellously change the air and render impotent all the nasties/workers at work without me saying anything to anyone. He is one of my best hands on protection and bodyguards. I paired him up with my fire faerie. They are seem to be great together during my working hours and then my fire fae has other protection duties. He has to keep an eye on the rest of my faeries too. And my Black Dragon can chill or treasure hunt with his red brother. They came together and similar in age. I often send them to gather stuffs for me, or gather knowledge and info about specific interest.

After reading the posts on this thread, I suspect I might have done this before and wasn't aware of it.

Back in 2013 I was hanging out with a couple of my buddies. We were preparing for Our first trip in to NYC together, and We were to leave the next day. I was journaling about how nervous I felt, and then it happened.

A feeling of sleepiness suddenly came over me. I had a mental image of a female Spirit I was very close with at that time pop into my head, and something "took over" my arm and hand. "I" began to write, but not in my handwriting. I remember being "co-conscious" during this experience. I could have fought it off if I wanted too, but I chose not to, because I felt a sense of safety and reassurance while this was happening, so I went along with it.
When it was over my awareness shifted back to that moment, I felt present in the room again. I looked down at my journal and saw that "I" had written a letter to myself, but it was signed with Her name.

I've had a few more of these experiences within the past two years since I welcomed Spirits into my life, so I think it's right for me to believe what I had experienced back 10 years ago was Automatic Writing.
