If I could be anything, I would be...: Grimmy!!
My super power would be...: Read other's minds
My magical/paranormal name...: Mesa Hema
Zodiac:

I bought this (finally) and used it last night for stress.
I put it under my tongue and laid down to meditate. What I got was a more relaxed, pleasant night sleep. I noticed that they also have a "sleep" version with White Chestnut which will probably be my next purchase since sleep is something I need desperately but can't seem to get!
Oh... now I am imagining my CH "Slumber in Magic" Pillowcase & Bach Sleep Remedy... wow!! ::pot::

I was wondering if anyone else has experience using this or suggestions for it's use.
I know it's also used in certain spell crafting. Thanks.

I've been using Bach Flower Remedies for years and they always seem to somehow help. They don't change everything in a whim but if you start using them you usually see the effects pretty quickly. They work really good with anything that has to do with anxiety and stress, I usually use them before my exams to help me deal with stress, but the ones I used when I was depressed a few years back due to a bad break-up helped a lot.

Think you've seen it all? Think again. Outside those doors, we might see anything. We could find new worlds, terrifying monsters, impossible things. And if you come with me... nothing will ever be the same again!

I have used several of these at different times in my life. I have also used Rescue Remedy for my cats when the household is undergoing a great deal of stress or upheaval. (with my vets permission)

I'm not certain how they work or even why, but I've found them to be a solid support when used consistently during temporary situations. Gentle but effective, especially when attempting to shed old patterns of dysfunction.

I am going to have to try this.

::bump::

I recently ordered some Finnish versions of this so now I have in my use:
-wild rose
-marsh tea
-"emergency" mixture that has marsh tea, chickweed wintergreen & European white waterlily

I've been using the wild rose for few days now. I haven't noticed anything huge and wasn't expecting to, but at least it feels good to drink that liquid (a glass of water with couple of drops added). It feels soothing, satisfying and positive. A little like an inner hug. :)

I also ordered sweet chestnut and wild oat. These are "proper" Bach flower remedies, not the Finnish versions. A little weird that I've bought these because not too long ago I wasn't really interested in flower remedies. Maybe my Khodam had something to do with it, I've felt that he has tried to nudge me a little to learn about the use of plants.

I used it consistently when I found out I had EBV and what they called CFS. It pulled me out of a 13 year debilitating illness. Now I use it on and off, depending on what's going on. I always called it my Yoga in a Bottle! I saw that they have that in the advertisements now, like a catch phrase. How funny.....
