Hi Everyone,
I am new here, but not to meditation I have been doing it for years. When I am really stressed is the hardest for anyone or anxious I have a interesting way to relax some of you may already do it I pretend my body is full of sand and I let it slowly run out starting from my toes then my feet then my ankles all the way up to my clunched jaw and frowning eyebrows to the top of my head. I is just something that works for me.

As someone who has a lot of trouble with meditation, I thank you for your suggestion! I'm still trying to find what works for me...last night I tried placing a vessel on my third eye, I recently read someone here had success in connecting with their spirit this way....but the pressure I felt on my third eye was way too intense for me... :problem: so I had to remove it....so uhmm yeah, yet a another failed attempt! LOL I felt I was close this time though, if I hadn't literally cracked under pressure! :lol:
Probably just have to get used to it I guess...

sadly when i put their vessels on my third eye area i felt nothing.no pressure or anything if there is it very very light

Thanks for bringing up this idea. This is something I've done for many years.... mainly, when I have difficulty getting in to that totally relaxed state. It really works rather nicely.
