Just wondering, and seeing that I haven't made a new topic for so long, so I am curious :o
How till you folks feel the sensations on the third eye and finally opened it?

For me, it was a little over a year ago when I started meditating... It was very weak, but nonetheless I felt it
Since spirit-keeping however... I've had much stronger feelings from it... I can feel it constantly... However, it is a bit uncontrolled...

It took me a little over 6 months but in my quest to open it, I sort of overdid it and ended up with a bit of discomfort, I had images flooding in all night I couldn't get a decent night's sleep. So, all I can say is don't rush it, take it slow.

Well I have been meditating on and off for a year. I think the biggest thing with meditation is you have to be consistent and do it daily even if it only for 15 mins at a time just to keep you in the habit of doing it.
