I have been working on my third eye since I started spirit keeping which was about.....July of this year.

I was playing around and imagining a literal eye in between my eyes open.....then to my surprise the floodgate sort of open!!

I sort of "shut down" because I was trying to sleep and I saw some weird things....lol so when I am more relaxed and ready I am going to use this method again!
