The last three orders I have made have this status on them, which I understand to mean that the checkout process was not completed but after each order, I get the "congrats, your order has been placed".
Anyone else have this happening to them?

Did you get to pay for the 20%? Mine just went straight to queued without taking me to paypal to pay. I sent a ticket about it and sent them the 20% and now my order status says partially paid.

Mine is doing the same thing, won't let me put the 20%, multiple layaways... all of them go straight to the completion page, then say queued.

Gryphon, that is exactly it. Frustrating. Have you inquired about it? I'm sure it must be a glitch, I will email Magnolia about it and see what's up. I just want to make sure these orders go through; there are some that I'm so excited for and I don't want to miss out.

I had this same problem with the order I placed last week... I had two problems... it wouldn't let me apply the GC's, so I decided to do a layaway, and it took me straight to "Thank you for your purchase," without taking me to paypal to make a payment at all... I ended up going to the HD and talking to Lyn via the live help option... she got all my GC's applied and changed my order from Queued to Processing.
It's definitely a glitch... but it seems to be a random one.
