I think these items JUST AID not a permanent substitution for meditation. I personally think that one must get to the root of the problem that is faith, perseverance, love

yes you're right, they are to be aids not the answer to all your problems. Iwould think one would have to meditate for them to be effective... however a person can just put up any aromatherapy and claim it will help thats why I double-checked with everyone
