cannot submit a ticket on CH Shop?

No luck - dumped my cookies and the button still doesn't work for me. Reinstalled, no luck there either. It's done this before but it fixed itself somehow. Oh well. Since this is a borrowed computer I can't tinker with it too much, but if I can access my desktop anytime soon I'll try it again on there. Either that, or I will try to submit on a mobile device.

I haven't had a problem submitting a ticket ( at least not 2 weeks or so ago when I did) but in the past, when there was a reply to the ticket, I'd get an email. I needed some instructions on an item, an after waiting 8 days, figured I'd look at the ticket, and found out the info was waiting there all this time. So if anyone has an outstanding ticket, maybe check to see if it's been answered but you didn't get the email.

I had an issue this morning. It would not submit the ticket. I realized that the site had not finished loading. So maybe that might have been the issue. I got out my iPad and used that, and it worked fine. Then tonight, I replied to my help desk response on my PC. So I don't know what happened this morning, but it eventually worked for me.

HC, see if this works for you. I went to online store page, bottom left corner to the Contact Us page. click on that and use the Open Ticket link from that page. for whatever reason, that link works for me while the other contact us links won't. hopefully that will work.....

I -wasn't- having an issue, but now I am. This computer has already been restarted today and I tried clearing cache and all but the button to submit a HD ticket does nothing...and neither does the one to start a live support session. So I can't use either to ask my question. While the computer was restarted this morning, after clearing cache I could not restart the browser to try that since it's not my computer and the owner has several tabs open atm that I cannot close. But I'm using FireFox, if that helps at all.

EDIT: I just tried what jasbro07 suggested and oddly that did work. ::facepalm::

I think it has something to do with some of the latest updates to the browsers as well as any plugins you are using. I was having this problem too - got around it by disabling all my addons.

I received a response to a ticket but noted that I never got the email notification for said response, which I normally do for all tickets when created and responded to. It's not too much of an issue, as I am used to checking in manually, but I thought I should note this just as well.
