cannot submit a ticket on CH Shop?

Still unable to view my tickets.Tried clearing cookies and temporary internet files,still didn't work.Tried restoring my laptop back to when i first bought it,but that didn't fix it either.

I have forwarded this to the developer, but everyone who has cleared their temporary internet files and cookies wrote back to us to say it worked. I will make sure one of the staff updates you once we hear from the software developer.

Thanks that would be great.I think everything else seems to work except being able to view and reply to my tickets to help desk.

I Can't.Was there an update that i didn't get?I reset my laptop to factory condition and still not able to access old tickets or go directly to help desk.

-Click the usual "Open a ticket"
-Then click "Support" near the top (the middle of "Home > Support > Create a ticket")
-Then click "Ticket - Have a question? Open a ticket here"
Then it opens the ticket history page.

I keep getting the message in red,you must be logged in to view your ticket history.But problem is,I am already logged in,but when i go and open a ticket it got me not logged in.
