I had the same problem a few days ago. Clear your cache and try it again? Mine took a few days to let me submit it

I'm having issues too, the button to submit the ticket doesn't seem to work for me.

HD seems to be working okay for me... And I've been using two other's computers since mine crashed. So if clearing your cache doesn't fix it, you may try updating your browser.

I've tried both Firefox and Chrome, and the same thing happens in both - the "send message" button doesn't seem to do anything when I click it.
*edit* Just tried IE as well. Same thing...weird. Maybe it's something with my computer, then, if it's working for most other people at least. I'm borrowing a laptop right now so it's possible.

hey there, i had the same problem (use Firefox). send button just won't work. finally i snooped through the site looking for another way into the Contact Us page. Can't retrace my steps now but did find a page that seemed to open directly to submit a ticket and the send button worked.

YEAH, FOR SOME PEOPLE CLEARING COOKIES & REBOOTING WORKS. IT'S REALLY WEIRD HOW IT WORKS FOR SOME PEOPLE & NOT OTHERS. WE REPORTED THE ISSUE, BUT THEY SAID SINCE WE'RE GETTING SOFTWARE UPDATES THIS MONTH, THE ISSUE MIGHT RESOLVE ITSELF. IT'S A WAITING GAME. LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE HAS SUCCESS WITH THE COOKIE CLEARING.
