The Rules
-Name a gemstone/mineral. It can be one that is your favourite, one you love working with, or one that has benefited you the most. The sky is the limit!

-List a benefit or how you use it~!

Here is my example:
Amethyst - Helps ease headaches (Lay stone on forehead and focus on the ache ebbing away into the stone)

If you have want to name off one and it is already listed and you know of different uses, type it up and post it as there are many different uses for each gemstone~!

Rose Quartz: When I was younger I would place a rose quartz under my pillow and all the nightmares I used to have were gone.

Serpentine, or 'new jade' -- it's really good if you're having stomach problems, have a headache, or are stressed. Just put a bead in your pocket or a string around a wrist, across your forehead, or your on your neck. It's very grounding C:

Danburite releases blockages. Very helpful.. I have a piece whose spirit actually said hello when I first got it home... Danburite spirit is interesting to work with. It helps keep my heart clean and clear.

Unfortunately, I think my Bja Alliance elf stole it. lol

Moonstone: I'd wear a magnetic therapy bracelet/necklace of tumbled chips to help cleanse my energy but if I left it on around my neck over night it made my throat feel like it had been scraped with a sharp tool.
