For the removal of malicious source...

My concern is what happens after the stone is removed from the premises. What if someone else finds the stone, or even passes near it? The negative energies aren't going to get on THEM, are they? I live in a big city, and most places I could think of where discarding the stone would be feasible are pretty densely populated.

Ideally, I'd put it somewhere that the Earth would absorb and nullify the negative energies. But most of the places around here where that could happen are public parks. (Hence, my desire for the item to not attract attention or be picked up by strangers.).

I would rather do something like use a vessel that's completely biodegradeable, like an acorn, and discard it somewhere that it will do no harm to anyone. Nor, for that matter, will it even attract the attention of anyone, if I play my cards right.

Thanks for posting this! I did it over the weekend and I'm also in the middle of the ultimate protection ritual that Ash posted. I'm hoping to get my house in perfect shape before my spirits arrive!

Added to my book of spells, I cast a cleansing spell of my own making upon my doorways, and then layered this with the protection spell provided. I appreciate this, and have added it to my Book of Enchantments. ^.^

I think that you are essentially cursing the item. With what ever bad that is in your house.
I live near the Hudson River. So I think that a big river would be good for safely getting rid of something like that. And were it won't harm anyone else.

If I didn't have this option. I would go to a place that is far away. And bury it in the ground. Completely surrounded by salt.

The problem with something biodegradable. Is when it degrades. I think the energy would be released. Which could be bad.
