New trick for OBE/Lucid Dream

This trick is very simple, put your hands on your chest or your belly. The purpose is to make your hand go numb, enough to keep your mind awake but not too numb so you cant not sleep. From my experience, you can sleep until morning in this position, sure your hands will numb when you wake up but it's not too serious.

I try this trick when I take a nape, it does work a few times

I normally feel my hands get released (numb) first, but have trouble with the rest of the body, but will give this a shot.

Often I go to sleep giving myself reiki, putting my hands on my stomach. The shift of focus to energy flow helps to take attention from the physical some, but I haven't noticed an increase in lucid dreams in the process. Is there a next step involved that you may be doing by intent or automatically?

Will try out this tip myself.

Inedible, I believe that one should not fall asleep when giving oneself reiki healing. One should disconnect after the healing is done and ground oneself properly.

Grounding is not a problem for me. I know that some people can't sleep after doing energy work of any sort, but I am just not very sensitive. Even the Dynamite bindings aren't doing anything for me yet and I haven't de-activated them ever.

I tried this for funsies But I really was skeptical.

my dream was super lucid! Crazy stuff. Incredibly detail. Will try again tonight just to see if it was coincidence

@Inedible: That is all, maybe your body is already get used to this position? Tried put half of your palms under your body instead, your body weight will make your hand go numb.

I fell asleep till the morning. Will try to put my palms under the body.

maybe someone have tips to control breath and calmness...

I already can get out perfectly but can't control my stay, and mostly because my breathing grow rapidly

I tried the breathing visualization for calmness but still no effect, only to make it worst x'D
