So far the site is amazing, can't believe someone took the time to create high-coded site, full of information and giving all that for free.
I advice you start from the very beginning of the modules (aka lessons), You just don't want to miss any little information. I got to say, it goes straight to the lesson nor expanding any words. Short and quick for each lesson yet the progress is amazing.
The first thing is Meditation, and as a person who dislike reading about it or doing it (I guess I'm one of those guys) the site offers really good techniques like focusing on your 'third eye' with your fingers that actually allows you to focus for the first time. I had really rough time with all the other techniques since they always about trying to 'relax' (It's not that easy) to the point you bow to East for sign of respect for the wise people who taught us about the meditation, And that brings an atmosphere of seriousness and respect to the meditation roots.
This will help to many people who struggle to find a good place to learn.

Donations provide the funding to allow for Josephine McCarthy having the time to write the curriculum. Even so, the amount of money that was set as the target goal is small in comparison to how much time it will take for her to write all the courses.
