I personally haven't had an issue yet, and I've used both my Windows PC, and my Android based phone.

Hello, I still haven't gotten an answer to my question about a stone that wasn't with it's package.

I ordered a black dragon and when it arrived the stone wasn't with the package.

You seem to have a problem understanding english. It was suggested that if you are having problems contacting the helpdesk you could add a post here with details where & how you were trying to open a ticket, not rehashing AGAIN how you don't seem to have a stone with your package. Did you read the other posts in this threaf? Did you try any of the other links that worked for other members that have posted here?

I suggest you clear your cookies & cache & browsing history, log off your computer and then log back in and try again to open a ticket. If you don't do that and you try to use an existing link which you have saved (and which might have been broken but is now fixed), or even if you didn't save it but it is still in your history, the link will keep taking you back to the link as it was before it was repaired. 

And if you still have trouble after doing all that, make a post here and share the link that you tried to use that did not work. Otherwise no one will be able to help you!!! \

I myself kinda randomly get that issue as well, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Currently haven't been able to use it for the past couple of days (wanting to contact princess to pay my layaway)

now I'm getting a 404 error! I tried using chrome on my laptop, and your app on my phone, and I am still getting a 404 error! its getting really frusturating, really fast.

You could try sending an email via support@creepyhollows.com that should open a ticket without needing to use the shop helpdesk menu.

Granted, if it's down on there side too it's an effort in futility, lol But they might have just had something break shop side.

I also use chrome and have been getting the old "440 Page Not Found" error. Even when clicking on the links in this thread I get the 440 Page Not found error msg.

The knowledge database is also doing this to me now as well.

I thought maybe it was a chrome problem, so I tried clicking the help desk in explorer and got the same error msg.

I hope they find the solution soon.

I have been getting the “404 page not found” error for the past few days while using Safari, Google Chrome, internet explorer, and the CH app as well. I sent an email to support@creepyhollows.com asking for assistance a few days ago as well but haven’t heard back yet. I know they don’t always answer support tickets on the weekends though, so I’m hopeful they will be able to work on it this week. 1bg

The help desk is automatically closing my tickets as soon as i send them. And will not let me reply to reopen them.
