What suggestions do you have for temporary energy drain from doing to much or just not sleeping enough?

If you are feeling drained from energy work, a trick I learned in psionics for just such an occasion, is water, bananas, and peanut butter. Especially the peanut butter and water.

I agree with all the above. Coconut oil and green tea are also good.

I'm gonna sneak in some magick ideas, since there are people reading the thread who might already have the tools to do this, or can create them via the spells in the CH Encyclopedia.
I've mentioned elsewhere that I put the candy from the CH orders into a charging box. There's no reason why we can't put some of the healthy choices listed here into a charging box and bump up their energy content even more.
And I have been using an item that I created a while back -- I took a foam beverage koozy, the kind that's used to keep cans or water bottles cold, and wrote a bunch of charging spells to cast on it. Now I drink water every day that's been charged in this way. I liked it so much, I treasure-hunted online until I found blank koozies that I could cast those spells on for my shop. I really LOVE that thing, especially if I'm about to do readings or spellwork.
So basically, anyone who's interested in casting spells can either use the CH one or write their own to create a charging item. Cast it on your favorite glass or mug, on the pitcher, on your coffee pot or tea kettle, you name it. Anyone who'd rather purchase a pre-made charging item will have no trouble finding one online in meta shops.
Combine this technique with the healthy ideas above, and REALLY feel great!

If you're wanting magical ways, try some Hado Water. Get a water bottle, fill it up, write on a piece of paper something positive. Love, kindness, comfort, full of energy, things like that. Tape the paper to the bottle with the words facing inwards, place it in the fridge for about 5-10 minutes, pull it out and give it a few good flicks, and drink up. And feel the happy water filling you up don't forget to thank the water for it's energy.

The best part is, Hado Water doesn't have to be for just energy, it's for all kinds of things. Backaches, headaches, insomnia, anger, sadness, the power of water is truly magickal.
