Interested in what you would consider the strongest DA spirit?

Strong in what sense? Strongest overall energy?

All spirits (kinds as well as individuals) have their own strengths. For example, I'd say my hellhound friend is the strongest protective force in the family, but I wouldn't ask for his help with spellwork because it's nit his forte. So it depends on what you personally define as strength.

No offense or anything, but this question kind of leaves me dumbfounded. I mean, how would you even begin to compare it? Line them up and run a scan? lol.
Plus even then I don't see how you'd be able to classify them by species, it'd have to be done on an individual basis.

If you're looking for a Spirit with strong energy so you'd be able to feel them, then you should be looking more towards a Spirit and Conjurer who's energy fits best with yours. Compatibility is more important then strength.

When you get one, they will test you. I must say was a great experience for me, being able to see a spirit phisically manifest in front of my eyes (looked like a mixture of a barn owl and a hag).

We obviously use a scouter >.> If it reads over 9000 we can do a happy dance.

I have a few dark arts spirit types: Kitsune, Hellhound, a 'demon' (haha I thought I had more but I began to look in the encyclopedia and noticed they are white arts >.> FAIL)

Even out of my Kitsune, because I have the most of them out of all my dark arts creatures, there is even 'gaps' in knowledge (for example, one of them is fascinated with the TV having never seen or experienced one before) and differences in personalities that could be considered a strength or weakness depending on how you see things, and to top it off some come off more 'strongly' for me than others.

Id just like to chime in with the majority here and say that every DA spirit has its own strengths and weaknesses, just like every human out there. Some dark arts have higher moral standards than others of the same class, etc, etc.

Though the owner of the site says 'harpy' and is rather insistent on it being 'the strongest DA spirit' Im sure there is a good reason as to why. I mean, she is a professional after all I have never worked with Harpy's and so cannot say by my own personal experience. However, as a keeper, I would worry less about who is the 'biggest, baddest, strongest DA creature ever' and reach out to a few mentally, get some feelers going, and see WHO has the strongest connection to you. Those who resonate more strongly with YOU and call YOU have a reason for doing so, and really want to work with you. Those who you can form a strong bond with will be there for you through thick and thin, and that is the greatest kind of 'strength' in my opinion. So it might be worth looking into. (but there I go making assumptions like an A**)

I have to say, don't discount servitors, they can be as strong as any spirit.
