Was meditating a bit, and in the middle of the meditation my back started to burn (the sensation of burning I mean). It still kinda does...between my neck and middle of my back (end of ribs?).

Has anyone else ever felt this before? If so, care to share your story of when it happened?

This happens to me all the time. It's my someone really wants my attention tick, Usually comes with a serious calling or randomly when I am home. When I feel it I know that my spirit senses are tingling. Heheh.

Yep. this is familiar, but for me it mostly happens inside my chest and trunk There is a spirit that uses this to either show me they are there or tell me if another spirit needs something from me. it also helps me sleep at night. different types of heat seem to send different signals. low heat seems to be a sign of affection. high burning heat seems to be a signal that there is an intruding spirit nearby. Try and find out what the spirit is trying to tell you either depending on the degree of heat, where the heat is, and the total area of your body affected. depending on your own level of power, what might be a spirit trying to show affection could be painful if your own power level isn't strong enough for your body to withstand it. with exposure may come increased tolerance. hope you can figure out what the spirit wants.

Its called KUNDALINI SHAKTI....or SHAKTIPAT if it come directly from a teacher.....
