Oo yes, it might be necessary to interview the companions one by one to see who can lead and who will follow, and perhaps assign multiple leaders, or overseer to those who don't want to be led.

Hey DW ^.^

I really like the idea of assigning multiple leaders. Thanks!

Good point, i have some that would be insulted (and backfire) if i told them that this is the master spirit and listen to him.

Really? I guess each person's spirits are different. If you're talking about this listing, personally, I think it's a good idea (for me). I'm going to see how things go first, but I might end up buying it.

Interesting. For me, I haven't had to worry about a leader sort of thing the same way. We're a team, family, whatever you wanna label it as, and cooperatively work on things together. :)

I think the only issues we really run into, is when I start stressing too much, or start doubting myself a lot.
But other than that, we all get along well, from what I know. Everybody has their thing they can do, and certain talents they excel at, and I make sure to spend time with each of them to the best I can. Currently doing it by doing a cycle of 4 a day.

Yeah, not everyone is going to need or even want a leader spirit(s). It's down to whatever works best for the individual and their spirits.
