Hello people. So lately I have been trying to open my third eye, and I use those videos found on Youtube. So when i was doing it, sometimes, and this has happened twice, I felt my right cheek...I feel like...its tingling? Well not really tingling, i dont know the right word, i cant really describe the feeling. I felt there was something under my skin, inside my cheek, I felt....sorry i cant really describe the feeling, but i did feel something in my cheek. Is this normal when you try to open your third eye? Or is this one of my spirits' doing. I currently have 1 by my side that's physically here, and I have others on their way here, and most of them are bridged to me.
So what do you think, people. Is this normal when you activate your third eye, or is this just because of the spirits.

i felt that too, before i even had spirits, felt like a bug crawling under my skin and it took me awhile before i stopped swatting at my face lol its just energy, most likely since you're so focused on your face area, you're feeling the energy channels in your face, there may be an energetic block in that particular area. that's what i'd assume anyway

thank you for your response. I didnt focus on my face, i focused, or at least tried to, on my forehead, my third eye area. not really my cheeks.

Is it the feeling like Somethings crawling on u? I get that a lot.. Can that be a sign from a spirit touching u?

its not like something crawling on my face, its under my skin, in my cheek. And the feeling isnt like something crawling. I cant really describe but i felt there was something in my face. But it felt different from something crawling on my face. I dont know it would be a touch, at least not a stroke that kind of thing. Its not like stroking or touching my face

My thought is that it could be an alien implant.

hmm weird...i think i've felt that too, it might help to focus on it and 'feel it out', try to use intuition and see what feelings, words, memories, etc come to you.
and when i say face area lol i really meant your head, when i was working on my third eye i felt energy on my face every time i would meditate. and i would sometimes feel a hardness in my face, or sometimes a heavy, thick feeling, like there was something IN my face, but it always went away after i was finished.
i didnt know a lot then so i just noted it as odd and after awhile it went away.

It happens to me sometimes; but I refuse to be normal, so take it for what it's worth
