As long as you task those faes to help you learn that language, but you also have to learn. It doesn't mean they automatically give you the info, you and that fae would learn it and she will guide you. Don't think the Faery of Intelligence will do all the work, your work counts the most too. That's my advice to you when you work with these types of faes.

Thanks for advice! well obviously it's not possible to learn anything without putting any effort into it

I meant more of a guidance, since I cannot afford paying for classes in language school and learning alone could be troublesome sometimes

Duolingo is free and it is a very good resource for learning language.
