I Am Totally Devasted

Hi,

I have now been a customer if Creepy Hollows over 3 years now. I have purchased many items in that time frame that I love and cherish so much. A week ago some of my stuff was stolen. Some of the items were vintage pieces that I likely won't ever see again. It is my understanding that for a small fee I can get these items replaced. How does that work? Several Djinn vessels were stolen as well as other spelled pieces. A Secret Via was amoung those items....which was a handmade piece. Are pieces like that replaceable for that small fee? How do I began to get these items replaced? I've been so sad since I discovered these items stolen......I literally cried over it. It took me alot of time and money to acquire them.

Even as I'm writing this I am in tears. I feel totally violated....devasted that someone would go throughy things and steal from me. I'm so very upset.

That is horrible, who ever did that, hopefully they will get what they deserve.
But on a different note, since it is CH, they usually bridge everything, unless it is requested not to be.
If you want, I will send some of my people out to make the thief face the music.

If things get bad enough for them your vessels just might turn up

I'm not sure about CH's replacement policy, but I hope things turn around

Oh my dear, try to keep your calm. Wish for your stuff back,i'd start from that. Don't worry, your family will always keep your back and things may turn out to show you just who is it capable of that 1ey you will have your belongings back just choose the way you want it done. That is a terrible thing.

Vessel replacement is easy with CH -

Just go through your Orders in shop profile and all the information you need will be there.

Now if you are saying that some of these items are one of a kind, like they were from a third party or the vessel was unique or important for some reason - I'd suggest contacting Mags & Ash via HD and they will take care of you as best they can.

Thanks every for your replies. I'm still trying to investigate who all are involved in the theft but it turns out my niece was a part of it. There are several children involved and I believe their parents have knowledge about it but will not help me recover the items because they don't particularly like me. I don't want the children hurt but I'd like them to come forward and return the items. If the parents have knowledge about these items I want them to do the right thing and return them. I'm going to also follow that suggestion to submit a ticket to the help desk regarding the one-of-a-kind items.
