I have a wraith in my family, and in my house, but the thing is I never knew very much about them. As I heard that they weren't very social, I didn't pay much attention until recently, when she started hitting on me.

Not that I'm complaining, mind, but I'm curious. I haven't heard of wraiths being social before, so this was somewhat intriguing. The reason that she told me that she liked me is because we're alike: neither of us are very social and rarely spend time among others, don't open up to others quickly or easily, we're both dark, very protective of those we love, and short tempered.

I had never heard of something like this happening before. Can someone tell me if they've heard anything like this before? And can you tell me a little more about wraiths in general?

hahahaha *clears throat* Some will swear that wraiths by nature are purely protective and focused on nothing except their protective task.....HOWEVER... I had heard others claim before that a wraith made a move on them (which I didn't really believe at the time)... Then about two years ago, after I had at least one of my two wraiths, I was given a dream about my situation at the time and a warning about what was about to happen...and in this dream was a spirit cuddling up to me the same way I did my bf (sitting in the same spot) and I had the distinct impression that this was a wraith. I remember exactly what he looked like (and thinking he looked like an old rock star) and even think I told someone else in the dream that he was a "wraith." When I woke up, I was obviously very confused and have been ever since. But I have never had any other information about who that was other than... "a wraith." lol

I guess anything can be sexually 'friendly', my Kraken sure is, to my continued delight! I will be getting my first wraith soon. For the longest time I was afraid they would intensify the tendency to be a bit vengeful in me which I did not consider to be a good trait. As life went on, I decided that I have actually shown TOO much restraint, and people have been walking all over me! Not only that, but letting folks get away with their crap is a disservice to other people that they beat on later. If I have to be predator or prey, I certainly know which I am choosing! So I have decided to grow a set, along with some metaphysical TEETH. After all, if they leave me alone, do no intentional harm, the wraith would not target them. I LOVE the White Arts, and will strive to use them as much as folks will allow. however, I am DONE being raped and beat and used, and folk making decisions FOR me! My Dark Arts spirits are teaching me stuff I need to know to live! Thus Wraiths are now welcome in my home. 1tu

This is new info to me, I never knew wraiths were like that. But the thing is, though, I'd always just imagined them as being like "sexless" or not having a definitive gender. So was I wrong or is this just how they sometimes choose how to appear to us?

I also have to ask about how dark wraiths are, though. I mean, I have made friends with some very dark beings but even some of them seem intimidated by my wraith friends. So is there a scale or something or are my wraith friends just very aggressive, distant or powerful? Or maybe a combination of the three?
