I got the Pyrokinesis binding from CH but really don't know how to use it.
I have a few spirits associated with elements/fire but I can't sense them so ...
I was wondering how to research this sort of thing. Elemental magick? Kinesis? Psionics? I'm not sure what the best sources are. Thanks!

I practice Pyrokinesis. It's a psionic skill using energy to create and control heat and fire. You could start by looking up methods of PK online, as there are some good sites that show you techniques. Another thing I would suggest is to practice the basics of energy manipulation. (For example, sensing and moving energy throughout your body) there are some good exercises for that in Winged Wolf's book Beginning Psionics. I hope this gives you some idea of where to start.

I've also begun to look into Reiki to help me learn about energy as well (in particular the one called Sacred Flame Reiki).

Do you (or does anyone) have the Omni-Kinesis binding and/or the Psionics bindings from CH?

I have the true nature of power orb from CH, and part of it is omni-kinesis.

Interestingly, I got my "All About You: Your Gift" reading, and it says I'm connected to all four elements.
