Prayed To Aphrodite

So last night I decided I would pray to Aphrodite first, I don't know it's just because divine inspiration struck me and I decided to make contact. Now I've never came in contact or even made contact with a deity so I was a little nervous but also excited. I set up a rose scented candle, a rose and a rose quartz and just say down and called upon Aphrodite. I sat there for about 10 minutes I assume pouring my heart put to her about my past and why I was interested in her. After that I ended the prayer/invocation by blowing out the candle. I honestly felt good after that. I of course wasn't expecting a firework show whatsoever but I'm still wondering did she hear me....I mean I hope so 1sa

Good job! I also set up my Aphrodite altar on Friday (it's her special day). I sang out the entire hymn from Apollonius Sophistes and bought a rose quartz for her altar yesterday. I am sure you're on the right track!

I started out with Greek goddess Hera and Egyptian goddess Isis. Strong energy from both of them

I felt both hot and cold at the same time like I was getting sick I guess it wasn't so bad but it was coarsing through my entire being after the prayer.

I have her through a triumvirate but never prayed to her for months. One day I decided to do so and her energy made me feel the same way you did! Hot and cold - so strong like I was getting the flu. It remained like this for a few days but I guess that's because she's bound to my three bodies.
I actually wrote to CH HD asking if Ash and Magnolia can undo a triumvirate lol
