Hey folks,
My spirits are shipping out today! I got customer notes of my Kitsune, she sounds amazing. Now I was wondering, can I already communicate with her since she is bridged to me? (the binding is class 4, does this influence anything?)

I do that all the time. if a spirit is a preconjure, or if I see in the order notes on CH that the custom spirit is conjured, I communicate before the vessel arrives. If I've asked "Is there a ____ spirit that wants to join my family?" In advance of placing an order, and I've had an obvious sign that the answer is "yes", then I reach out even BEFORE the conjuration happens. I figure that whoever answered my question in the affirmative is present and just waiting for the conjure ritual to be performed so they can make it official.

When my garden elf was lost in the mail(ending up in Israel at one point!) I could perceive her, and think she jumped ship to me one of the times her vessel was passing by where I live. I think they often don't wait for the vessel to arrive, postal service being so slow some times, so no need to wait to welcome them into your home!

Great, I'm on holiday so I can't really welcome her to my home haha. I don't have any notes on the penny deal though so is that supposed to be like that or didn't he/she get conjured yet?

If it is in the same order as the Kitsune then it is conjured already. As far as I know the info should appear in the customer notes as well. If it doesn't, let HD know and they'll find the info for you.
If it is a different order then it might not be conjured yet. Even if they were made in a relatively close timeframe.
