Like one of these but with my own touch to it, I personally prefer the color blue so if I can't make the hilt blue I'll probably make the scabbard blue.
Mmm you might need a real blacksmith's advice, one who is fluent in forging sword.
But making two-edged sword and one-edge blade is different, especially if you're planning to make an excellent one using different hardness materials, layering and twisting (sanmai, damascus pattern, etc.), and so on.
The placement of the harder material will be different, and there are philosophy in it too.
For two-edged sword, Western method should be good, as well as Chinese method as mentioned in Scott M. Rodell's book.

For pantheon, I think the Greek/Roman one, or other Western pantheon, might be more appropriate in that case. But not sure; each from any pantheon can contribute in helping you:)
I choose Chinese pantheon, but that's because it's more in line with what I'm learning, and rather than for the powerful weapon, it's more for the defense art:/

I think I'll go with haphaestus since I see him on CH but if my magick awakens I'll need to he able to channel it through my blade but I was told I could easily do that, my mom told me to go with kajinshi but to be very careful he's the one I first considered.

Well, your mother must have her reason for recommending Kajishin, and that might be useful for you to know:)
Though, it's a good idea not to mistakenly say an immortal's name, especially the scary one:I Some might be offended, while in other case we might call other being, e.g. Hera -> Heru (Horus)

She said since I'm more closer to Japan than any other place that I should go with kajinshin but that I should be careful cause he might trick me? And I'll make note of that, thank you

They kind of look similar but it looks so awkward with its shape. No offense intended

Maybe I should go with kajinshi but would he understand english, I'm sure he could forge a sword of any culture though.. Hmm

I would guess that the leaf shape in the blade is to add heaviness in the front, thus moving the point of balance of the sword to the front. This is usually intended for increasing cutting power during swinging/slashing movement. It might also to enlarge the injury from thrusting/stabbing attack:I

Any spirit/entity/immortal can communicate through telepathy, so language shouldn't be a problem:)
Although, it may be a nice touch to learn the language a bit by bit. For example, what Kajishin means; the ka (鍛), ji (冶), and shin (神) have their own kanji with meaning:)
