I'm getting myself a Weretiger for i love tigers, they are awesome, and he'd be a lot of help to me as well as a great edition to my family. So I want to know how powerful they are and if they're great at fighting, teaching, and protecting. I'm getting a C5-C5 Tier 2

I'm a lion fan myself, but I think in nature tigers are the most powerful big cat.
I'm sure he'll be pretty bad-ass. Felines are top predators in the natural world (but did you know that hippos and crocodiles kill more people? ;P ).
Fighting and protection for sure, as for the teaching spect, it may depend on his personality and/or what you asked for. Though I guess you might say that all spirits/entities (excepting maybe the non-social ones) have something to share/teach.
It's hard for me to comment on the power level since I have trouble sensing. I usually get a C5 or higher from CH, but I have also gotten spirits/entities from other sellers who have different level definitions, and honestly I can't tell the difference.

Tigers are my favorite animal and as a kid I had a demon tiger whom I named tiger, he was blue, old, and really big. Also yes I knew that Lokakisa I pick up a few things when I use to watch animal planet with my brother who knows a ton of animal facts, oh and as I told you before I'm also getting a alpha who'll be a neko so I'll have quite the team of awesome haha. I also know normal tigers fangs are 2-3" while Siberian are 5" and Siberian could easily crush you with its paw if if needed too, there's a lot of power behind those tigers.

Most weres in general are awesome protectors! They're powerful, quick to sense when you're in danger and even quicker to act. I find that felines can be quiet and solitary by nature, but this isn't set in stone. It can vary with their personality.

That's good to know and if he's anything like I think he'll be, I'm sure he'll be social enough but not that much like I am

Hah, Neko, I didn't mean to preach to the choir. I should've known that a fellow cat-lover would know the same animal facts as myself. ^_^ Comparing it to the natural world is the best way for me to try grasp the concepts I guess.
You know, it's funny, out of all my feline-like spirits, I don't think I've gotten any described as "aloof." I'd say most if not all are playful, social, and like to cuddle. Perhaps the sphinx, manticore and chimera are a bit more dignified, lol.
Also I forgot to say, when I have bought Weres/Shifters from other sellers, they are described as offering many gifts and abilities. The common thread seems to be improved senses and animal communication, and then other things that might vary by seller and by spirit. Some may be more magickally-oriented than others, for instance.

There used to be a sabretooth tiger spirit listing in the CH store, but now I can't find it! Their prehistoric section has dwindled!

Interesting well I'll see soon enough how he will be, and I know I saw that! I know a way around it though, just get the sabretooth tooth tiger custom conjured through a custom conjure spirit binding. That's how I'm getting my Weretiger.
Note; i just checked, it seems during their revamp it was taken out so they may add it back in later but your best bet is what I said

That's a difficult question, since it depends on the individual spirits/entities:/
If you ask the conjurer for one who excel in love/attraction, he/she may not be as strong as one who excels in fighting. This includes any race:)

I asking for one who's strong, fierce, protective, nice, male, and a good guardian and companion

Well, if we compare, there might be a tendency that a were-tiger is stronger than a were-cat. But this then would depend on the individual's abilities, such as experience, strategy, agility, spiritual power, etc. Just like a big guy who learns fighting from street could be downed by small guy who is in Delta Force or Spetsnaz:)
