im having the same problem, ive tried everything even changing my ip, still the same problem, Ive emailed creepyhollows, as suggested by a mod. But still. Also want to say that no one uses the chat room anymore, also what ever happen to live chat being for help seems like its been months since its been on.

Since I figured this out earlier to submit a ticket Rai asked me to make some notes on how to do it
So here is information on how to add the Missing Question entry box so you can type in your question. Note you will not be able to use the formatting etc it is just a simple text box.

You can change the size value in the code to increase it if you need to.

Maybe make a video to show how to do this, I tried doing it as shown in google doc but not luck

Well I did indicate it was for the more technically inclined.
I'm not gonna take the time to make a video for this as CH will fix the issue eventually.
