There are times in our journeys where we've been putting a lot of work and practice in everyday, getting better, stronger, and more in tune with things. And all of a sudden, it stops. The energy is less noticible, your companions are quiet, you can't even do proper energy work, and you start thinking, "something must be wrong. I was able to do all this, and now, nothing. What's wrong with me?"

First of all, don't panic, freak out, or go jumping out a window. Nothing is wrong with you. What you've come across is something I refer to as "Leveling up", which is a perfectly normal and common occurrence.

What it is, is your body putting you in a 'time out', so to speak, so it can upgrade and expand its abilities, capacity, and overall mechanics. Think of it like a video game, you've just beaten the Boss of the dungeon, and you now have enough experience to get stronger powers, and better weapons and armor. The only difference is that while in a game it takes an instant to level up, your body needs time to grow into that level, and that means taking a break from exp gain.

It may take up to three months or more to be fully active again, so don't practice, review what you've learned, make some notes, and just relax until your body is ready for the next step.

i've experienced this once or twice.

Strange I come across this during a period of experiencing similar and the cards saying relax. /bump

This happend to me I first started playing with raising freqency and energy levels and it worked for a day got great results then boom I blew a fuse so to Speak my abilities completly shut off it took days before things started to come back and another few days to return to there normal level. Ever since then though I kinda get drunk or high while working with energies

Sooooo needed to hear this! I think I just experienced this. I am going through a lot of personal family stuff and my abilities were suffering badly. Since moving and recreating personal as well as sacred space things are improving greatly.
