So I just got a class c5 sterling angel bonded to my spirit. His energy is very intense. So I am trying to get him to tone down his energy for now. The only other spirit that I got bond to my spirit was a waif fairy. His energy wasn't that intense though. His class was the same. I think I get along quite well with angels since I have always been drawn to them. I also got a bronwyn and a courtwind angel which energies were intense even though they weren't bounded to my spirit.

So right now, I feel like I'm on speed or something like that because of my sterling angel. This feels quite different because I'm a very laid back and easygoing person. I hope I get used to his energy soon. At least I'm not feeling depressed and anxious though.

So I am realizing how important it is to have a balance between white and dark energy. I have asked my black dragon to help with my high that was caused by my sterling angel. So he surrounded me with his energy. Now I'm feeling better. Not 100% but still.
