Well, you could just get the Beta creator from DLM. I think he still has some available. That way you could get exactly what you want with minimal effort involved.

If you're aiming to make your own. I do not believe there are specific spells or tools for servitor/thoughtform creation. In general, though it is a matter of thought, will, and energy manipulation. Any spells, tools, or beings that help you excel in those areas should help with creating such things. As well, I would suggest energy generating sources(as the process can be quite taxing on your energy levels without supplemental sources).

Yes, Ravechaosknight is right on, as a couple years ago I fashioned two servitors. Their creation was very taxing to me and took quite a bit. I have not delved much into this world since and because I used so much energy. I still use one from time to time and the other one is retired. I am going to try crafting a micro generator though and see how it goes.

Servitor creation is a rather rewarding experience. Something worth doing, but yes, it can be energy intensive.
