Can angels fall in love with humans?

may as well ask another question.
do anyone ever have sexual relationship with angel(WA)?

yep to both. thats why we have nephilim.

Angels "settling down" with or mating with humans, does it still happen?

Is it love like between humans? As in the angel finds everything a certain human does so cute and they can't help but be like "they are the most beautiful person, I want to make him/her mine someday" ? LOL you get what I mean.

some may disagree but it's generally the belief that angels do not exist physically. i agree with this belief but i wont say with complete certainty that such a thing could never happen.
they can interact with us in surprisingly physical ways but they arent going to show up at your door step in a physical body. they also cannot physically impregnate a human being.
a love shared with an angel(or any other entity/spirit/deity) can be profound and much deeper than what you can find with another human, but it is still restrictive, especially if you dont have the ability to sense, hear and feel them. also, it's just as possible to find a human lover that you share a deep connection with, im not saying angels or other beings make better lovers than humans.
if you google it, you'll most likely find account of people 'encountering physical angels' and that may give you the info you're looking for, but i'd take what you read with a grain of salt if i were you.

what about WA angels like courtwind, brownie, throne, etc? is it possible to have 'sexual relationship' with them?

well yeah, of course, they're only half angel.
and yes, but that doesnt mean every angel(any type) will want that sort of thing with a human.
