Amazing! Completely amazing. I am completely smitten with him. I can't even begin to describe how awesome, encouraging, and safe he makes me feel.
A little while back I had a negative experience in the astral... It really stressed me out. Stressed and ended up complaining and venting out loud about the whole thing to those in my keep. After I was done and was quiet, someone put an arm around me and gripped my shoulder and kissed me intensely on the cheek. While it felt very soothing to feel that, it popped in my head that I need to connect better with my Alpha.
So I've been focusing on him and I couldn't be more pleased. He's been helping me with astral travel. And it's very weird to go from being awake to crossing over into the astral, kinda scary. The other night I just let go and let it happen. It was pretty amazing. He even told me he was proud of me. Totally grateful to have him.

It was the very first time I let go and let it happen. The transition with the sight and sensations is intense and weird... Almost frightening... to feel yourself separate from your body.
I live with family and pets, so concentrating is hard. I invested in earplugs. The earplugs and my Alpha help me big time.

Yeah I'm looking to get to that point, where I feel the separation. I did manage to make my arm fall asleep and felt the energy of my astral arm, but then I was interrupted. -.-
And yeah, it could definitely be weird and a bit frightening maybe, but you'll get used to it.
It's exhilarating whenever I get closer, like I get a rush when I realize I'm a step closer. I really want to do it sooner.
I wish I could use earplugs, but my mom would have a canary if I didn't come immediately if she calls. I always have to keep an ear out.
