I created some of these myself ... zzz will put you in deep sleep in about 30 minutes... 48 minutes 783 takes you to a brainwave frequency of seven point eight three Hz which is the frequency of the earth's magnetic field and is a good freq for beginners to try.... the caffiene ones are a good example of a wake up frequency and will give you some idea of the difference between isochronic (no headphones) and binaural beats (headphones required)

The frequency 7.8 3 hz is the same as the frequency of the magnetic field of the earth and it is in the alpha brainwave range. Alpha is a relaxed but still conscious brainwave state. I have used it with some success with seeing my spirit friends. All of us pass through alpha state before we get to light theta and then deep theta which is sleep.
