The terms servitor and tulpa are typically used to refer only to constructs which have been given intelligence and the ability to act. The extent of their abilities always depends on what their creator put into them.

Thought forms can be programmed for specific projects or specific behaviors just like constructs but they are integrated with your energy so the experience is far more personal.
