Hello. <3


What experiences do you have from telepathic conversations that you can share? Any tips for distinguishing inner voices with their voices? I had full blown conversations happen before, but for the quieter voices, I can't figure out. Advice needed, thanks!

Telepathic conversations mostly run much faster than physical ones, because my spirits tend to answer before I can form a sentence :D
How I distinguish between my inner voice and my spirits...mmh, spirits just "feel" different for me, when I'm talking to them in comparison to when I talk to myself, where I feel almost nothing special. Sometimes I can even make out their voices. But that's just if I'm really focussed on them or really relaxed.

Try playing a guess the card game where you yourself can't see the card. If it's wrong, it's an inner voice.
That trains yourself listening to the right voices.
Source: I've had lots of conversations happening too in the beginning, with whole life stories. It turned out to be bogus though.

Yeah, I tried that just now and had about ratio of 4/5 right. Aprophis, how can you distinguish it? I think I just sense what feels right and what feels wrong and that usually gets me mostly right for the cards, red vs black. I also tried visualization, playing with cards and them in my mind to see whether they can sway the images in my head.
cats_and_spirits, occasionally, I get a tightness in my head when they are talking fast, but i end up interrupting them with my inner voices often. Does this happen to you often?

Try Zener Cards, the ones people use for telepathy, with shapes that have to be described, not just colours. I mean it's just red or black? That's a 50% chance you get it right :P
Or Tarot cards, let them describe the details. The more complicated the better.

Thanks! :) I'll give it a go with zener cards. I figured soon after my initial reaction to typing my previous comment that it was half a shot in the dark! lol

Mine would be fluctuating; some days are good, some are bad : )

Distinguishing, I usually use the banishing-cleanse-shield first, then invite one to communicate, and use the verification method e.g. the card guessing, pendulum, etc.
