Is there any relevance to what side you sleep on(left or right) in regards to dream/astral manifestation?

It has to do with systems like Yoga which have energy channels going up the back. In Yoga, that would be shushumna, ida, and pingali. When you are on your side, it puts pressure on the side channel on the side you are sleeping on and reduces its activity.

Thanks for the replies. I was curious since I feel like I get more interaction/experiences and an awareness when I sleep on my left side.

there is an effect!.. at least for me. haha.
before spirit keeping, I was scared to sleep on my back for a very long time because I everytime I do, I would have so much paranormal/ weird occurrences at night especially at 3 am. so I learnt to sleep on my right/left slide and notice the paranormal occurences stopped.

For me there's no difference. Mostly I sleep on my back or the right side. Sometimes on my belly. I always sleep a very deep, dreamless sleep~ Not very cool, if you want to do dreamwork
