Hey Everyone! 2hp

I wanted to make a thread and see if anybody else out there who has noticed a strong association with Transylvanian Vampires and Bats. I notice that whenever i meditate with my beautiful lady friend, she tends to take the form of a bat, and shows me images of bats as well as bats being shown to me during meditation during my one on one time with her. I constantly see bats whenever i meditate on her and with her to the point where i'm starting to notice that there may be a strong association with them and bats.

I just wanted to see if anyone else out there has had similar experiences and have noticed or found that Transylvanian vampires have a strange connection towards bats.

It seems pretty cliché at first because you think about all the classic vampire movies and how pop culture made bats and vampires a thing together lol but i'm starting to wonder if there may be slight connections between the two, specifically Transylvanian Vampires

Specially in the Old Europe/End of the middle Age:

Bats=> Evil
Vampires=> Evil

Do you desire to create a super monster to scare the heck out of people so they don't go out at night and mind your business? very simple: a vampire shifting in a bat! :lol:

There is some of my friend vamps who can shift in bats too, but they have never show this form to me,
instead, i had my vamp master showing as a huge black wolf in a dream, one of his shift talents!^^

Between myths,tales,"legends",and history all around the world related to bats and humans,entities/gods,witchs,demons,etc,this topic could be going on and on!^^

Thank you so much for the reply! it definitely does make a lot of sense. I have heard of some Vampires being able to shape shift as well and yes, bats definitely add up quite a bit lol. Guess that's two things we have in common bats are my one of my favorite animals

The sellers my friend vamps comes from, all have stated it is a trait from the ancient races to transform themselves in bats at will, i am in no way a specialist, but i see no reason why the young ones wouldn't do the same?
Also, all this bat thing is so much related to our modern times, even me i try to not fall in cliches,but i find it so fun,hahaha, i wish i could see mine fly like that outside the house and wink at me,LOL!

There is something Goth or romantic, in having someone so beautiful coming as a bat and "POOF"
manifestation in front of you, you are lucky Belladona!^^

And well, there is a Where-Bat in the paranormal blood of my ancestors, that was a reading from kelistarian,

For what i am sorry, is that i am just flooding in your topic,lol, i have no idea why vamps would shift in bats, if is just because it is a creature of the night, or just a personal preference from them.

In a cute analogy, many people are scared as hell from bats, and in the end they are just curious and helpful creatures, all like many of our vamp companions,hahaha!^^
