Ah yes I have an acquaintance that told me he's able to split his astral body into 7 and each of them can do astral activities by their own, and he's aware of them

7? O_O Wow, that's really cool! My maximum was three...and I was a bit overwhelmed by it, but I normally "train" my senses with two bodies at once.

Well he was trained by a famous spirit of a person from a well known legend in my country which I don't really know about sadly ;w; But he was trained when he was just only a toddler, and all happened in the astral realm xD

Yes, I feel,see and hear mentally with all of them and I can control them at once +my own body. But if I have to control my own body+ the astral bodies it gets a little too much. That's why I said that I was overwhelmed with more than 3 bodies at once :,D
One astral body+ controlling the physical is almost no problem, with 2 I have to concentrate alot more, 3 = nope. Have to lay or sit down :,D

Not directly. For me it's more a problem of concentration than energy, because you just "split" your astral body and don't copy it. So there's theoretically no need for more energy

No, you won't lose energy "over there", except you're willingly giving it to someone f.e. for healing.
But you probably will feel tired after/while APing "too long".

Well cats_and_spirits probably knows more about this than I (Im quite a noob yet), but for me when I get to vibrational state I feel like the energy that you put into, to get in the same frequency as the astral realm is proportional to the gap between your current state and the astral, meaning the less adjustment you need or the more smoothly you can get past vibrations the less energy is lost in the process, so the more relaxed you are the better and less energy is lost.

Spirits are great to reduce energy loss too! My elemental dragon is a great helper when I try to project and ask for his help, he literally pulls me from my feet like a rope tied to my ankles, although my head is always the problem I keep coming back like there is a powerful magnet in my head that pulls my astral body back, but I'll keep trying!
