I just started meditating through random guided meditation session found on youtube, when I was in the meditating state I was eyes closed, suddenly I saw a close-up image of a man's face he was green skinned his eyes were open and looking at me, the shock of it almost completely knocked me out of the meditation state, and the man disappeared,.. I am just wondering if anyone knows who is that man or had a similar encounter? and also if anyone knows and what is the best method to talk to him?

Green guy, that reminds me of the immortals Green Man and Al-Khidr : )

But, what kind of guided meditation that was? It might be your inner self or something as well.

If I am not mistaken it is about opening the third eye or meeting spiritual guide AKA guardian angels, I don't remember which one exactly but my money on meeting the guardian angels.

But don't forget to protect yourself before and after each session.

Ok, I'll make sure to protect my self. Do you know easy ways to protect one's self? What I do is just saying "let all evil leave for no return, let who cause or intend to harm leave for no return, let all blessing come forth, let all that is love and peace come forth, let all that is open closed now".
The thing that made me question if it was my guardian angel, I heard that they appear in a form that is "most comfortable" for the one they guide!

I might have had a similar experience(I tried to 'deeply listen' to different 'light' themed songs on youtube), idk if I willed that whoever here or what but I 'saw' within my mind/impression a hand made up of 'white transparent light' energy touching my arm and their face also being made of the same clad in gold?
