CH is able to find your spirit with custom conjuration with just a name. Just give them all informations you have about your spirit. They did it for me more than twice.
Then, it will be the surprise... they will give you some informations about your new friend.

Another possibility might be the reverse adoption listing and make a note including the name to see if they can find that spirit, as you believe it was calling to you. I'm sure they could tell you for a certainty whether it was or not, and if it did actually choose you to be its Keeper. If that wasn't the one, they can always find a suitable spirit who does want to be with you.
