So I was curious what kind of forms your Succubus/Incubus companions have taken? Such as anthromorphic forms (for those who are into that) or have wings and horns? or anything really 'out there'?

asfar as i read about the experience from other users, it depends. every ubi is different. but thats only about their true form, the form you will see (in ap or when youre experinced enough with your 3rd eye) will be the one which appeals the most of you, which is logical when you think about their origin and task.
