How does one put a spell or enchantment on a jewelry or any item? I see a lot of spelled items but I'm confused on how do they(the witches/warlocks) make that happen?
(Side note: I'm getting one :d)

Is it possible for me or anybody else to make their own magical jewelry? Any recommended books? I'm really curious.

CH has a class called layering I think you'll find helpful as a starting point.
